While for a lot of people the 'ol "what happens in Vegas.." pact might stick, it's quite different for celebrities.

Mariah Carey recently annouced that she will be taking over Sin City this year. She'll be taking residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino. Carey is expected to move into the beautiful space at the beginning of May...just in time for the heat!
