Greetings Everyone, I hope we are all doing well on this fabulous Saturday!!

As many of you may know, I live in Pecan Grove (Richmond, TX neighborhood located on the outskirts of Houston). As I was on my way to The Grove Donuts, (That place is to DIE for….I’ll post about them another time!), and I saw this that this home is still on the market. I toured it when it first came to the market and I loved all the French touches. I’m surprised it’s still on the market! Take a look for yourself…
